Ship policies

Zenboté tries our best to supply clients with excellent ratio price/quality products, as well as extraordinary customer services. As for shipment, we work with an independent partner who put the credibility on top. In order to give our clients the most pleasant experience, we have put in place a homogenous system of shipment with flat rates, as follow:

Standard shipment can be free if you satisfy ALL these conditions:

• Your order (excluding shipment fee) is more than 1 000 000 VNĐ
• You pay by bank transfers
• Shipment address is in the city of Hanoi or HCM

 OR

• Your order (excluding shipment fee) is more than 2 000 000 VNĐ
• You pay by bank transfers

To be noticed:

1. The free shipment offer CANNOT be combined with the discount of 10 000 VNĐ when you make the payment by bank transfers.
2. Shipment address and time should be supplied correctly. We only make one (01) free delivery per applicable order. In the case that the merchandises are not delivered as scheduled due to the fault of clients, the subsequent delivery will be charged in extra at the applicable fees of shipment mentioned above.

For shipment in Hanoi or HCMC, you will receive a phone call/ message from our shippers during the day and before the scheduled shipment. Please re-confirm time and address with him/her and be available for shipment.

Upon delivery, please take time to check the merchandises carefully. You will need to sign the “delivery form” confirming that you have received the exact, complete and of good condition package of merchandises ordered. If you choose to pay by cash on delivery (COD), you will receive the receipt from our shipper.
