Day 1

- Use a warm cloth on your face to expand the pores.

- Exfoliating (Hoba mineral exfoliating gel) - - Apply moisturizer to keep skin moisturized (Copa facial moisturizer))

- Facial massage by gently pinching around cheekbone for a few minutes to increase nourishing blood flow, for healthy glowing skin

- Use a cup of crushed papaya on your face for about 10 minutes. Enzymes found in papaya will provide moisture to your skin

Day 2

- Use a soft bristled brush to gently move the skin in a circular motion to increase blood flow while cleaning the face

- Spend 15 minutes of lunch break to relax your eyes by masking and listening to soft music.

- Soak in a bath with a little salt. Your blood vessels are like circulating. Don't forget to drink water to keep skin moisturized before.

Day 3


- Mix ½ fresh milk and ½ water to wash your face. Lactic acid will lighten the skin. Reference: Mavo makeup cleanser made from avocado oil, shea butter and tangerine peel oil, cleanses skin very gently.

Mix 1 teaspoon of honey + olive oil into a small bowl. This mixture is considered a great hand lotion.The excess can be applied on the face.

Use a mixture of 2 tablespoons of salt + half a lemon juice to exfoliate by rubbing on the face in a circular motion. Rinse with cool water. This formula helps you have whiter skin. Reference: Hoba exfoliating gel with bamboo powder and horsetail extract.


- After showering, spray cold water on your feet for a few seconds, a great way to fight orange skin. Pinch the skin gently along the jaw line from the chin to the hairline. Repeat four times.This will increase the elasticity of the skin and increase blood flow to the jawbone

- Restore skin at home by applying cucumber mixed yogurt mask to relax for 15 minutes and rinse


- While taking a bath, use a bath or loofah to remove all the dead skin cells. Always look upwards to help circulate blood to the heart.

- Spend 15 minutes lunch break to relax your eyes by making cucumber mask by cucumber containing Beta carotene which acts as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.

- After cleaning the skin, sprinkle some sugar on the cut side of the lemon. Rub lemon on the skin. This will help firmer skin, tighten pores.



Mix honey, lemon juice, olive oil and sugar in a ratio of 2: 1: 1: 1/2. Then apply to face, leave for about 10 minutes and rinse. It helps you remove dead cells and make your skin brighter

- Reducing eye pants by placing 2 tea bags and fridges then placing them on the eyes for 5 minutes so that Caffeine in tea shrinks blood vessels around the eyes, reducing swelling and halo.

- Remove makeup with oil-based makeup remover milk (Mavo multi-purpose makeup remover milk) - Mix orange juice and some warm honey on your face, leave for 30 minutes then rinse with water to help your skin glow


- For eye cream and moisturizer and cool refrigerator compartment. Applying cold cream helps the skin glow immediately.

- Use your finger to tap under the eye bag on the hairline. Repeat 6 times to help lymph nodes circulate better.

- Mix baking soda with cleanser and wipe with a soft cotton pad. Baking soda is an excellent skin lightening tool
